　　隨著現代社會對辦公高效化的要求，用郵件等書寫請假條已經與紙質請假條一起，成為現代企業請假制度中的兩種請假方式，且紙質請假條也早已擺脫了手寫樣式，多為文檔版本，可直接發給人事部門申請批準并存檔，亦可根據公司要求打印出來經批準后再交給人事部門。

　　英文請假條的寫法及范例

　　1、寫法

　　首先，應該按照半正式的格式在假條的上方還是寫上如下信息：

　　To：假條是遞給誰的

　　From：請假人

　　Date：寫假條的日期(注意不是請假的日期)

　　Subject：寫上請假字樣

　　假條抬頭范例如下：

　　To: Peter Stone, Manager

　　From: Lynn Chen, Financial Department Date: April 2nd, 20xx

　　Subject: Casual Leave of Absence

　　其次，在您的`請假信第一段，應該開門見山但是有禮貌地提出請假。第一段要中心明確，寫清您要請假的日期。

　　然后，在假條的第二段，您應該簡單明了陳述請假的原因事由。注意敘述清楚明白，并盡可能表示對此帶來工作不便的歉意。

　　接著，在假條的最后一段，應寫上您希望獲得準假的句子，或者具體等候答復的時間。
