we all want to believe that we are capable of great feats , of reaching our fullest potential . we need dreams . they give us a vision of a better future . they nourish our spirit ,they represent possibility even then we are dragged down by reality . they keep us going . most successful people are dreamers . dreamers are not content with merely mediocre ,because no one ever dreams of going half way . when i was a little girl , i didn’t dream of a life of stryggle and frustration . i dreamed of doing something big and splashy ,something significant . i dreamed big . but now , i become realistic .
i have a dream that i can have my own firm one day . because i major in economic , i can use my special knowledge to run the company . when i have a lot of money , i will donate some of them to help others . my dreams are worthless , my plans are dust , my goals are impossible . all are of no value unless they are followed by action . action is the food and drink which will nourish my success . if i don’t take any actions to realize my dream , it will become a fantasy . it’s a pity for me that i didn’t do anything to approach it . i always think that when i grow up , i can take some actions . but when i grow up truly , i forget my dream and my ambition . so i will not avoid the tasks of today and charge them to tomorrow . for i know that tomorrow never comes . let me act now even though my actions may not bring success for it is better to act and fail than not be act and flounder . success will not wait . if i delay , she will become betrothed another and lost ti me forever . i will take every effort to accomplish my dream .i won’t let it become a fantasy , it is just my dream .maybe some years later , it will become true .

I think most of us must have been nervous before or during an exam. Many people think that proper nervousness has its own advantages.For example,it can help athletes perform well in sports events.In the same way,nervousness can activate our mind and help us get good grades. As a popular saying goes,every coin has two sides.Being too nervous can result in sleeplessness,which does harm to our health.Whats more,it may make our brain upside down,which increases our mistakes in exams.Worst of all,we may be too nervous to write down any answers. In my opinion,several methods can be used to slove the problem above.Firstly,we should study hard,which will make us more confident.Secondly,it is useful to breathe deeply before exams to calm down. I have been in University for about one year. During my stay here, I came to realize that university life is like drinking coke. We experience all tastes of life here, sour, sweet, bitter and hot. I am from Province, which is far away from here. I often miss my Mum, friends, and relatives in my hometown. However, I cant see them very often. So loneliness always keeps me company. I am sad that I cant be there with them. Lucky for me, life in university is rich and colorful. With more free time,we can do many more things besides study, such as joining societies clubs, and taking part-time jobs. Such activities not only make our life more colorful, but also help us improve all kinds of skills. The university is a society miniature, what we learn here will benefit our future life. Our path in life will not always be smooth. Setbacks cant be avoided. Failing an important exam, break up with boy or girl friend, or refused by a promising company, such setbacks are likely to get us down. Sometimes we fell so frustrated that we even burst into tears. Drinkin coke is wonderful, despite the undesirble consequent hiccups. Its bitter, sour and peppery, but also sweet. And youll even feel excited after gulping down a glass. A college experience is part of growing up. We cry, smile, fall in love, get hurt, leave, learn and then we become a better person. University life is like drinking coke. Im experiencing it. And I know, I enjoy it!

To realize the value of ONE MINUTE, ask a person who missed the train. To realize the value of ONE SECOND, ask a person who just avoided an accident. To realize the value of ONE MILLISECOND, ask the person who won a silver medal in the Olympics. Treasure every moment that you have! And treasure it more because you shared it with someone special, special enough to spend your time with. And remember that time waits for no one. Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Parents should also have to pay for the food, room and utilities for their children at the school abroad. The children also need some money for the entertainment and social events. The clothing will cost quite a little. Besides, they need extra money to cover some unexpected expenses, like long-distance calls and so on.
