　　問起朋友的求職經歷，他的經驗很簡單，就是看“臉色”行事。他介紹說，求職場上招聘和應聘雙方見面是不可回避的重要環節，在面試中如果能讀懂招聘方的“臉色”，從對方的臉色、神態和舉止中揣摩出他的意圖和所求，應聘就等于成功了一大半。

　　比如，你在交流互通過程中介紹自身的某種特長或愛好時，招聘方臉現喜色，流露出感興趣的表情來，就表明對方注重你了，你就應該及時地將自身所具有的這種特長或愛好詳盡地表達出來，以求對方對你更大的注意;如果你在向對方介紹其它專長或信息時，發現對方的目光游離甚至有不夠耐心的情態，這說明招聘方對你這些并不在意，你就應該及時巧妙地跳開，以免犯顧此而失彼的'錯誤;
