　　這是我第一次經(jīng)歷社會實踐。對于一個大學(xué)生生而言的，敢于接受挑戰(zhàn)是一種基本的素質(zhì)。雖天氣嚴(yán)寒，寒風(fēng)呼嘯，我毅然踏上了社會實踐的道路。想通過親身體驗社會實踐讓自己更進一步了解社會，在實踐中增長見識，鍛煉自己的才干，培養(yǎng)自己的韌性，想通過社會實踐，找出自己的不足和差距所在。

　　在現(xiàn)今社會，就業(yè)問題就似乎總是圍繞在我們的身邊，成了說不完的話題。招聘會上的大字報都總寫著“有經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先”，可還在校園里面的我們這班學(xué)子社會經(jīng)驗又會擁有多少呢?為了拓展自身的知識面，擴大與社會的接觸面，增加個人在社會競爭中的經(jīng)驗，鍛煉和提高自己的能力，以便在以后畢業(yè)后能真正真正走入社會，能夠適應(yīng)國內(nèi)外的經(jīng)濟形勢的變化，并且能夠在生活和工作中很好的地處理各方面的問題，開始了我這個假期的社會實踐。實踐，就是把我們在學(xué)校所學(xué)的理論知識，運用到客觀實際中去，使自己所學(xué)的理論知識有用武之地。只學(xué)不實踐，那么所學(xué)的就等于零。理論應(yīng)該與實踐相結(jié)合。另一方面，實踐可為以后找工作打基礎(chǔ)。通過這段時間的實習(xí)，學(xué)到一些在學(xué)校里學(xué)不到的東西。因為環(huán)境的不同，接觸的人與事不同，從中所學(xué)的東西自然就不一樣了。要學(xué)會從實踐中學(xué)習(xí)，從學(xué)習(xí)中實踐。

　　正所謂“不以規(guī)矩不能成方圓”。超市作為一個經(jīng)營單位，自然有自己的規(guī)矩。例如不許篡位，不許隨意換崗，不許隨意閑逸聊天等等。像我，是負(fù)責(zé)在食品區(qū)的巧克力區(qū)站崗的，就不能跑去生活用品區(qū)，更不能與同崗位的同事無視客人而侃侃而談。在超市工作，必須有一個嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)男呐c一份嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膽B(tài)度。首先，這就表現(xiàn)在嚴(yán)格固定的上班時間。我的上班時間是早上8點到中午12點半，晚上是7點到10點半。超市服務(wù)員的工作看似簡簡單單地站站就可以了，但是，只有真正從事這份工作后才知其艱辛。早上必須一早起床，睡眼惺忪地就要開始到達上班地點站崗了，而且一站就是幾個小時，這樣一天站下來，腳都有點顫抖了，發(fā)軟了。唯一休息的時間，也就是上廁所的時間。而且，作為一個合格的超市服務(wù)員，不能只是呆呆地站著，還必須適當(dāng)?shù)难a貨。貨架上的貨物被顧客買走了，貨架就有空位置了，這是，我們就得從倉庫把同樣的產(chǎn)品拿來補到原來的位子上去。如果超市的顧客很多的話，不能只顧著補貨，要看著點的，防止小偷的偷竊行為。當(dāng)然，不是每時每刻都有貨上的。有時，貨架上的貨物都補齊了，人就比較閑，但是這個閑不能表現(xiàn)出來，必須找別的事情做的。超市是不允許養(yǎng)一個懶惰的`員工的。所以，這個時候還得負(fù)責(zé)所在位置的清潔工作，要貨架與食物看起來時刻都那么地光鮮亮麗，這樣客人才有購買欲。除此之外，員工還必須掌握所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的相關(guān)知識。比如我負(fù)責(zé)的是巧克力區(qū)，那么我就必須掌握巧克力的相關(guān)知識，包括熱量，價格，味道等等。顧客就是上帝，當(dāng)顧客問到相關(guān)問題時，我們就能答得上話，盡忠盡職了。

　　作為一個大學(xué)生，通過寒假打工我認(rèn)識到這是其參加社會實踐活動的形式之一，也是勤工儉學(xué)的有效途徑;大學(xué)生打工是發(fā)展教育的需要，也是學(xué)生自身發(fā)展的需要的;而且大學(xué)生打工也可以增強自身競爭力。從學(xué)校教育的角度來看，大學(xué)生打工，可以在一定程度上彌補我國現(xiàn)行大學(xué)教育體系中書本知識與社會實踐嚴(yán)重脫節(jié)的缺陷，提高大學(xué)生的社會實踐能力，增加大學(xué)生的社會經(jīng)驗，訓(xùn)練大學(xué)生的實際社交能力和自我保護能力。
